The Platinum has our new control board. It allows several really nice functions.
- 1. It lets you control the air temp by keeping it in economy mode when you don’t need the coldest air. When you want the coldest air you can select Extreme Cooling.
- 2. The board has a USB port to be able to plug in your devices. This is a great feature since most people are away from a power source when using the Icybreeze.
- 3. The board uses less energy, so the run time from your batteries is even longer.
Platinum IcyBreeze Portable AC
The IcyBreeze Platinum is our premium model with extra features that helps keep the cold air flowing longer and keep everyone at the campsite happy. The IcyBreeze Platinum takes the same tried and true reliability of the IcyBreeze V2 Pro plus features two run modes, Standard mode to keep the cold air blowing as long as possible and Extreme Cool mode to kick the AC into overdrive. This feature is a huge bonus. Save ice and battery when you don’t need the extreme cooling. The Platinum also comes with a USB charging port that allows you to charge your devices when away from a power source! There is no product in the world that can currently do what the IcyBreeze does. It has twice the amount of foam as the leading coolers on the market and will keep ice up to 7 days when not using the AC function.
TEMPERATURE
Fresh air is drawn from hidden vents in the top of the cooler, pulled across the exchanger, and chilled down to 35 degrees below the ambient temperature in Extreme Cool mode and 20 degrees below the ambient temperature in Standard mode.
USB PORT RUN MODES
The USB Port gives two additional run modes to the IcyBreeze Platinum. Charge mode and Memory mode. Use the Charge mode to keep your portable devices charged up while you are away from power and the Memory mode with the remote so you do not have to change your speed settings as you toggle the IcyBreeze on and off.
