IcyBreeze Warranty Information
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of IcyBreeze products for personal, non-commercial use within the United States. It does not extend to any subsequent owners.

IcyBreeze warrants portable air conditioners against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original purchase date. Accessories are covered for six (6) months. If a defect is found, the unit will be repaired or replaced at IcyBreeze's discretion.

Claims require proof of purchase, photos, and a detailed description of the defect. Submit your claim using the form provided below. Shipping costs for warranty claims will be the responsibility of the customer.
Exclusions and Limitations
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, abnormal use, environmental factors, acts of God, or normal wear and tear.
